经阴道彩色多普勒超声在妇产科急症中诊断价值

摘　　要：目的总结经阴道彩色多普勒超声在妇产科急症中超声诊断，探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在妇产科急症诊断中的应用价值。方法总结2005年8月至2009年8月在本院就诊的各类型急诊病例，分析其彩色多普勒超声图像特征，结合临床、手术及病理结果。结果283例妇产科急症经阴道彩超检查，正确诊断270例，正确诊断率为954％，误漏诊13例，误漏诊率为46％：结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对妇产科急症诊断率高．Objective To summarize the diagnosis of Dupple transvaginal ultrasonography for emergency case in obstetrics and gynecology department. Discuss the practical value of Dupple transvagiual uhrasonography for emergency case in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods summarize the various emergency cases from the year 2005,August to the year 2009, August. Analysize the picture traits of Dupple transvaginal ultrasonography, together with the result of Clinical, operational ,and pathologic results.Result For the 283 cases, the number of right diagnosis ease is 270 . The diagnostic accuracy rate of uhrasound was 95.4%, the number of talse diagnosis ease is 13, the false rate is 4.6%.Conclusion The diagnostic rate accuracy of Dupple transvaginal uhrasonography for emergency case in obstetrics and gynecology department is very. high. It is the first choice for emergency case in obstetrics and gynecology department.
