摘 要:研究了以涤纶、氨纶网络丝为芯丝,以羊毛、兔绒混纺须条为外包纤维,在FA506环锭细纱机上纺制四组分长丝/短纤包芯复合纱的成纱工艺。用电子单纱强力仪测试了复合纱芯丝(涤纶与氨纶的网络丝)及四组分长丝/短纤复合纱的力学性能,用纱线毛羽仪测试了四组分复合纱线的毛羽,用电子条干均匀度仪测试分析了四组分复合纱线的线密度不匀率。实验结果表明,四组分长丝/短纤复合包芯纱在小变形条件下具有良好的弹性回复率,纱线毛羽较少,条干均匀性较好,可作为一种新型毛衫针织用纱。The four-component filament/staple fiber corn-spun yarn is spun on FA506 ring spinning frame with PET/PU interlaced yarn and wool/rabbit-hair blended roving as outer sheath. The spinning process was analyzed. Mechanical properties of the four-component filament/staple fiber core-spun yarn and its core yarn (PET/PU interlaced yarn) were tested by electronic single yam strength tester, the hairiness was tested by hairiness tester, and the evenness was tested by electronic evenness tester. ,The results show that the elastic recovery rate of the four-component filament/staple fiber composite core-spun yarn is good under the conditions of small deformation with few hairiness and good evenness, and can be used as a new type of knitting yarn for sweater.
