摘  要:针对全氟辛酸类拒水拒油整理剂不符合环保要求的问题,以短链甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(FMA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸正丁酯(BMA)为单体,含氟表面活性剂FK-300B与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为乳化剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用乳液聚合法制备了阳离子型短链全氟烷基拒水拒油整理剂(CWOR)。研究了单体配比、引发剂用量和乳化剂用量对所制备整理剂拒水拒油效果的影响。结果表明,当n(FMA)∶n(MMA)∶n(BMA)=2∶1∶1,引发剂用量为单体总质量的0.25%,乳化剂用量为单体总质量的10%时,所制备整理剂整理织物的接触角最大,为131°。红外光谱结果表明整理剂是由上述3种单体组成。粒度分布表明整理剂粒径主要分布在20~110 nm之间,具有良好的分散稳定性能。In an attempt to find a way to solve the problem of environmental pollution resulting from perfluorooctanoic acid finish, a cationic water and oil repellent finish was prepared by emulsion polymerization using six F-n-butyl methacrylate ( FMA ), methyl methacrylate ( MMA ) and butyl methacrylate ( BMA ) as monomers, FK-300B and cetyl trimethylammonium bromide as emulsifier, and APS as initiator. The results showed that when molar ratio of FMA, MMA and BMA was 2 : 1 : 1, weight ratio of initiator and monomers was 0.25%, weight ratio of emulsifier and monomers was 10%, the contact angle of the fabric treated with the prepared finish agent was the largest, i.e., 131°. FT-IR analysis showed that the finish agent consisted of three monomers. The particles were mainly in the range of 20-110 am. The prepared latex had a good dispersibility and stability.
