摘 要:针对高浓度膏体状煤泥管道输送流动规律不确定的现状,进行了工业级循环管道输送试验,对浓度为75%煤泥的管道输送特性进行了研究。试验发现,煤泥在管道中呈结构柱塞形式运动,管道输送阻力比传统浆体管道输送阻力大1~2个数量级。管线压力沿管道近似呈线性分布,单位长度输送摩阻与平均流速成正比例关系。According to the uncertain status of the flow law for the high density paste coal slurry pipeline transportation, a industrial circulated pipeline transportation test was conducted and the study on the transportation features of the pipeline with 75 % density coal slurry was conducted. The experiment found that the coal slurry in the pipeline was in structural piston movement and the resistance in the pipeline transportation was 1 -2 order higher than the resistance of the conventional slurry pipeline transportation. The pipeline pressure could be approximately in a linear distribution along the pipeiine. The transportation friction and resistance per unit length was proportional to the average flow velocity.
