虎金丸抗大鼠脂肪肝病理学和超微结构观察

摘　　要：目的:观察虎金丸的抗脂肪肝作用及对脂肪肝的组织病理学和超微结构的影响。方法:采用复合致病因素造成大鼠脂肪肝模型。结果:模型组大鼠肝脏脂变严重,细胞内有大量空泡形成,胞浆脂滴大量出现且积聚严重,粗面内质网断裂,线粒体变形,细胞核直径减小,呈不规则形状。结论:虎金九能显著改善上述病理改变,脂变程度明显减轻,肝细胞超微结构基本恢复正常。Aim: To observe the effect and mechanism of Hujin pills on antisteatosis in rat liver. Method: Maltiple pathogenic factors were used to reproduce the fatty liver of rat, and the histopathological and ultrastructural effects of Hujin pill were observed. Result: Non-treating rat had serious steatosis of hepatocytes and many lipid droplets in cytoplasm of liver accumulated and induced a large amount of ballooned cells in liver. It also can be observed that rough endoplasmic reticulum fragmented, the shape of mitochondria changed and the diamater of nucleus decreased and its shape were unregular. Conclusion: Hujin pills could remarkably lessened the above steatosis degree, inhibited the ultrastructural pathogenic changing,and almost regained the normal structure of hepatocytes.
