不同品种地方鸡对柔嫩艾美球虫的易感性分析

摘　　要：按每只鸡12×10^4个孢予化卵囊的剂量，分别感染20日龄大骨鸡、鹿苑鸡、油鸡和固始鸡，以存活率、相对增重率、血便扣分、病变扣分、卵嶷扣分和抗球虫指数为评价指标，分析比较4个地方品种鸡对柔嫩艾美球虫的易感性。试验重复1次。结果显示，4个地方品种鸡对柔嫩艾美球虫的易感性不同。固始鸡对柔嫩艾美球虫易感性最高，表现为感染后的死亡率最高，病变扣分最多，抗球虫指数也最低。油鸡对柔嫩艾美球虫的易感性最低，表现为感染后的死亡率为零，病变扣分和血粪扣分最少，每鸡平均排卵囊数最少，抗球虫指数最高。大骨鸡和鹿苑鸡对柔嫩艾美球虫的易感性相近，位于固始鸡与油鸡之间.Four local breeds of 20-day-old chickens, named Dagu, Luyuan, You and Gushi, were infected with 12×10^4 of Eimeria tenella oocysts per bird, respectively. The susceptibilities of 4 local breeds of chickens to E. tenella infection were compared based on mortality, relative weight gain rate, lesion score, blood feces score, oocyst score and anticoccidial index （ACI）. The results showed that the suseeptibihties to E. tenella were different in four local chicken breeds. Gushi breed showed the highest mortality rate after infection, the most lesion score and the lowest ACI, while You breed showed the mortality rate for zero point, the least lesion score and the highest ACI. It suggested that susceptibility of Gushi breed to E. tenella was the highest in and the lowest in You breed.
