HPLC测定触苯工人尿中苯基鸟嘌呤的研究

摘　　要：本文采用高效液相色谱法测定了触苯工人尿中的苯基鸟嘌呤（ＵＶ检测器，波长２９０ｎｍ，ＲＰ—Ｃ１８柱，甲酸铵—甲醇为流动相，梯度洗脱），方法的回收率＞９６．０％，Ｃ．Ｖ＜２．６％，标准曲线ｒ＝０．９９９８，最低检出限为１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ，１０８名触苯工人的尿苯基鸟嘌呤（空气苯为１３．６～３６．２ｍｇ／ｍ３）在１．２—５．６ｍｇ／Ｌ之间，性别之间有差异。The N-7-phenylguanine,in the urine of worker exposed to benzene,are analyzed by HPLC with ulteaviolet detection at 290nm,C 18 reversed-phase columu and ammonium methanoic acid buffer-methanol gradient.The recovery was above 96.0% and the relative standard devicition was less than 2 6%.The work curve range of determination was 0-10 0/L.the limits of N-7-phenylguanine was 1 0mg/L.The N-7-phenylguanine concentrations were determined in samples of urine from 108 workers exposed to benzene,its range was 1.2-5.6mg/L。No significant difference was found bewteen male and female.But the N-7-phenylguanine concentrations from students were all less than the limit of determination.
