摘　　要：信息技术的发展是电子政务技术的起因,运用信息技术可以打破地域的界限,从而使用户通过网络获取政府发布的信息和相关的网络服务。系统网络架构的搭建是信息化建设的基础,网络构架前期设计的好坏将直接影响到信息化建设的长远性及可扩展性。因此,必须在网络建设前期对网络总体结构进行全面、细致的规划。文中正是从先进性和实用性、安全性、可扩展性、可管理性等方面出发,给出了部委机构构建网络系统的方案。The development of information technology is the technical origin of e-government. The application of information technology may break the regional boundary, and thus the user could acquire the information released by the government, including the related network service. The establishment of system network is the foundation for informatization construction, the design prior to the network establishment has direct influence on the protracted nature and extendibility of informatization construction. Therefore, a comprehensive and detailed planning of the overall network structure must be conducted before the network construction. This paper provides a reference plan in estab- lishing the network systems for ministries and commissions.
