摘　　要：结合即将在全国范围内实施的集体林权制度改革,分析制约我国中药资源可持续利用的相关因素。认为林权制度改革是林地中药资源可持续利用的重大机遇,从所有制上改变了原有林下药用资源产权不清的情况,使林地产权所有者具备了有序利用林下野生药物资源的利益链条。在中药资源可持续采收技术、野生品种的驯化、林下种植技术等方面对中药资源科研和林药产业服务提出了新的建议。According to the collective forest property system reform to be implemented nationwide, this paper analyzes the factors restricting the sustainable utilization of the traditional Chinese medicine. The collective forest property system reform is considered a major opportunity for the sustainable utilization of traditional Chinese medicine resources in woodland, which will change the present situation of the unclear property right for the understory medicinal resource in terms of the system ownership, and thus enable the owner of woodland property right to utilize the understory wild medicinal resource with reasonable exploitation. This paper also puts forward some corresponding requirements to the scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine resources, such as the sustainable picking techniques for traditional Chinese medicine resources, the domestication of wild species, and the plant techniques under wood.
