复方白花前胡对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠P_(53)蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察复方白花前胡对大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型凋亡相关基因P53蛋白表达的影响。方法线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,分组用药后免疫组化法观察各组脑组织切片P53蛋白表达。结果复方白花前胡能减少模型大鼠P53蛋白的表达(P<0.01,P<0.05),减轻或消除脑缺血级联反应中的炎症反应。结论复方白花前胡具有抗细胞凋亡,保护神经元,减少神经功能缺损的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Baihua Qianhu Decoction （Peueedanum praeruptorum Dunn （CPd） on the apoptosis related gene P53 protein expression of rat medel with middle cerebral artery occlusion （MCAO） model. Methods The model of focal cerebral isehemia/reperfusion in rats was established with the suture - occlusion method. The level of gene P53 protein expression was measured with immunohistochemistry. Results CPd reduced the level of gene P53 protein expression, attenuating or eliminating the inflammation response in cascade reaction in cerebral ischemia. Conclusion CPd is effective in reducing neural function deficiency by protecting neurons via anti - apoptotic effects.
