红景天苷对脑缺血再灌注大鼠行为及脑梗塞范围的影响

摘　　要：目的观察红景天苷(Sal)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法采用线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,再灌注同时各给药组腹腔注射相应的药物Sal和Nim,对大鼠进行神经功能评分,观察脑梗塞范围并测定脑含水量。结果模型组大鼠脑缺血2h再灌注24h后神经功能评分2.13±0.31,Sal大、中剂量组神经功能评分显著升高(均P<0.01)。模型组脑梗塞范围达(29.7±6.3)%,脑含水量为(86.55±0.45)%,Sal大、中剂量组脑梗塞范围显著缩小(P<0.01,P<0.05),脑含水量显著减少(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论红景天苷对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。Objective： To study the influences of Salidroside（Sal） on Cerebral Ischemia - Reperfusion Injury in rats. Method The rats were made focal cerebral ischemie repeffusion injury by thread occlusion. The experiment observed the protective effects of Salidroside on nerve dysfunction score（ NSS）, brain edema and infarction range. Result The results showed that the grade of nerve function was 2.13 ± 0.31, the range of cerebral infarction was 29.7 ± 6.3 %, the water content of the brain tissue was 86.55 ± 0.45 % at the model group in the condition of 2h brain isehemia ＋ 24h repeffusion. At the same time, the middle and large dose group of Sal increased the grade of nerve function obviously（ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）, reduced the range of cerebral infarction remarkably （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）and the water content of brain tissue apparandy（ P 〈 0. 05,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Sahdroside protects rat brain from focal cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injury.
