降脂灵合剂的降脂、抗氧化作用

摘　　要：目的观察降脂灵合剂对有高脂血症大鼠的影响。方法雄性Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组(非诺贝特)和降脂灵合剂高、低剂量组。给予造模和相应药物治疗后,检测大鼠血清甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂肪脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂肪脂蛋白(LDL-C)和血浆丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)。结果大鼠灌高脂乳剂14天后,模型组TG、TC、HDL-C和MDA均较正常组升高,HDL-C、GSH-PX活性均降低;降脂灵高、低剂量组及阳性对照组可升高血清HDL-C含量,降低TG、TC和LDL-C含量,增强血浆GSH-PX活性,降低MDA含量。结论:降脂灵合剂对高脂血症的大鼠具有一定的降脂作用。objective To observe the effects of Jiangzhihmg Decoction on experimental Hyperlipidemia of rats. Method Wistar male rats were randomly divided into five groups , normal group , hyperlipidemia model group , high dose treated group , low dose treated group and positive group. The changes of triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, high-fat density lipoprotein （HDL- C）, fat low-density lipoprotein （ LDL - C） in both blood serum, MDA （MDA） and Ghitathione peroxidase （ GSH - PX） were tested. Result After 14 days , the TG, TC , LDL - C levels and MDA of model group are much higher and HDL - C and SH - PX was much lower than the normal group, Compared with the model group ,the levels of TG,TC , LDL - C and MDA of the high treated group are lower and the levels of HDL - C, GSH - PX axe higher. Conclusion Jiangzhiling Decoction was effective in decreasing the levels of the experimental hyperlipidemia in rats.
