1500例育龄妇女人流后应用宫喜环避孕临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察新型含有吲哚美辛药物、纳米铜技术、钛合金支架的宫喜^(TM)宫内节育器的临床性能和效果。方法:1 500例育龄妇女人流后立即使用宫喜^(TM)环避孕,于放置后第1个月,第3个月,第36个月随访,记录月经卡,临床各项主诉及实验数据。结果:人流后立即置入宫喜^(TM)环,于置入后第1个月,第3个月,第36个月随访,临床月经出血模式无差异,于第1个月,第3个月,第36个月分别抽静脉血测内分泌激素指标均在正常范围内:FSH(3.89±3.11)IU/L,LH(6.59±3.20)IU/L,E_2(116.95±40.1)pg/ml,P(23.36±24.11)nmol/L;临床实验检验各项指标正常,妇检正常,无不适主诉。结论:人流后立即使用宫喜^(TM)环,经过连续3年临床实验学研究未发现不良反应。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of new -type Gongxi IUD. Methods： 1 500 women were inserted Gongxi IUD irmnediately after artificial abortion, then follow up was conducted on the first, third and thirty - sixth months, menstrual status, clinical chief complaints and laboratorial results were recorded. Results： There was no significant difference in menstrual cycles between different periods, but the serum value of follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH） and estradiol and progestogen were within normal range： （3.89 ±3.11 ） U/L, （6. 59 ± 3.20） U/L, （ 116. 95 ± 40. 1 ） pmoL/L and （ 23.36 ± 24. 11 ） nmol/L after the placement of Gongxi IUD, the laboratory test results and gynecological examination results were within the normal limits without discomfort chief complaints. Conclusion： After three years of continual clinical observation, the insertion of Gongxi IUD immediately after artificial abortion has no adverse reactions.
