江西省县级妇保机构基础设施和收支现状分析

摘　　要：目的:了解江西省县级妇保机构的基础设施和收支现状,为今后合理的配置县级妇保机构资源提供科学依据。方法:采用普查方法对2007年江西省99家县级妇保机构进行调查,内容包括县级妇保机构的基本情况、房屋、设备、经费等方面的情况。结果:江西省县级妇保机构的基础设施薄弱,防保设施尤为不足,财政补助比重小,收支不平衡。结论:应合理配置相应设备,加大对县级妇保的财政投入。Objective： To understand the current situation of infrastructures and expenses and receipts of county level health centers for women and children in Jiangxi, provide a scientific basis for reasonable allocation of health resources to health centers for women and children at county level in future. Methods ： Census was used to investigate 99 county level health centers for women and children of Jiangxi province in 2007. Results： The infrastructures of county level health centers for women and children general hospitals in the province were weak, especially the prevention and heahhcare facilities were shorthanded; the proportion of financial assistance was small and there was imbalanced between expenses and receipts. Conclusion： Infrastructures should be distributed reasonably, and the financial support should be enhanced.
