摘 要:分析了氯离子对机组热力系统的影响,阐述了精处理混床运行状态与水汽品质的关系:即精处理混床出水随着氨的泄露,氯离子随之增加,并导致水汽系统氢电导率上升。提出凝结水精处理混床宜采用氢型方式运行,可有效控制氯离子的泄露,确保给水水质。The influence on thermodynamic system by Cl- were analyzed, relationship between condensate polisher running and water & steam quality were expatited,i.e. Cl- in the effluent increased and cation conductivity of water & steam rised with leaking of ammonia from the condensated polisher. RH running mode of condensate polisher for super critical uints were recommended, leaked ammonia can be monitored by conductivity to judge the end point of the condensate polisher running, which can control leaking of Cl- and ensure feed water quality.
