三联药物治疗异位妊娠的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨三联药物治疗异位妊娠的护理措施。方法20例异位妊娠患者应用三联药物(甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮、中药)进行治疗,配合精心的护理措施。结果通过密切观察病情和精心的护理措施,20例异位妊娠患者中15例有效,治疗有效率75%,5例失败需行手术治疗。结论密切的病情观察和精心的护理措施,是提高医疗质量的一个关键环节。Objective To explore the nursing intervention of co-triplex drugs used in treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 20 patients with ectopic pregnancy were treated with Methotrexate（ MTX ） ＋Mifepristone （ RU486 ） ＋Chinese herbs with nursing meticulously. Ileeults By observing closely and nursing meticulously. The success rate was 75% with 15 cases of success and 5 cases of failure. Conclusion The rigor be observed in the state of an illness and the adopt meticulousness of nurse care are important for improving the quality of medical care.
