高校图书馆科研能力的h指数测度

摘　　要：给出基于h指数的图书馆科研能力测度方法,并以我国305个高校图书馆在1997-2008年间发表的论文及其被引数据为样本,实证研究了高校图书馆h指数的特点及与传统指标的区别和联系。结果表明:清华大学等校图书馆在h指数上表现优异;高校图书馆h指数不仅在一定程度上弥补了传统指标的不足,而且能综合衡量图书馆科研论文的产出规模和影响力;其与论文数量和总被引均呈幂律关系,且论文数量和总被引的增长对于h指数增长的贡献存在"规模效应递减"现象。An evaluation method of university library research capability, which is based on h -in- dex, is given. The characters of university libraries＇h - index, also it ~ difference and relationship with traditional index, are discussed in this paper, which are sampled on the papers and citations of 305 university libraries in China from 1997 to 2008. The analysis indicates that ： some university li- braries perform well on h -index, such as TsingHua University library; University libraries＇h -in- dex can meliorate the disadvantages of traditional indexes to a certain extent, this method can evalu- ate the output and impact of library research papers synthetically ; It relates the quantity of paper and total citations with power law, the increase of the quantity of paper and total citations will contribute an extensive descending phenomenon to that of h - index.
