东湖高新区产学研合作的现状、问题与对策

摘　　要：随着两型社会建设的推进,东湖高新区的产学研合作面临新的机遇和挑战。从合作能力、合作模式、合作环境、合作开放度、合作成效等方面,剖析了产学研发展的现状,从价值取向、产业联盟、成果转化、合作区域揭示了产学研合作存在的问题,提出了促进高新区产学研合作深入发展的对策。With the development of the resource-economical and environment-friendly society ,the industry-university-research （IUR） collaboration has faced some new opportunities and challenges in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone （EDZ）. First, the paper introduces the current situation and development of the IUR collaboration in the EDZ from the aspects of ability, model, environment, degree of openness, effectiveness. Secondly, the existing problems of IUR collaboration in EDZ are deeply analyzed from value orientation, industry alliance, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and collaboration area. Finally,some measures are brought out to promote the IUR collaboration in the EDZ.
