复合生物菌和金霉素对肉仔鸡肠道中主要正常菌群影响的研究

摘  要:研究比较了复合生物菌和金霉素对肉仔鸡肠道中主要正常菌群及抵抗力的影响。试验分饲养试验和攻毒试验。研究结果表明,金霉素显著抑制了大肠杆菌前期的生长,复合生物菌增强了肉鸡肠道正常菌群定植初期的定植抗力,人工感染鸡白痢沙门氏菌后,未饲喂复合生物菌组同饲喂复合生物菌组相比,死亡率提高了20%,大肠杆菌数明显增多,双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌数明显减少。The influence of the compound biology germs and Aureomycin on main normal germ groups and resistance in broiler's intestines was studied and compared. The experiment was divided into feeding and counteracting poison. The result showed that Aureomycin could restrain the growth of bacillus coli in early period and the compound biology germs could enhance the resist ability of plant- ing normal germ groups in broilerg intestines in early period. After artificial infection of white diarrhea salmonella, the death rate of the group without feeding compound biology germs was increased by 20% comparing with the group with feeding compound biology germs. White diarrhea salmonella was increased and bifidobacterium and lactobacillus decreased obviously.
