摘　　要：分析了以公共财政中养老基金的发放为例的业务协同流程案例并建立了业务协同流程服务模式.阐述了政务业务协同平台的设计和实现,在省内以公共服务平台的形式解决了跨地区、跨部门、可变流程的政务业务协同问题.By taking example of the delivery of pension fund in the public finance, this paper analyzes the business collaboration workflow case study and establishes the corresponding business collaborative service model. We also illustrate the design and implement of the governmental business collaborative service model. This research is significant to firstly solve the cross - regional, inter - departmental and variable flow of governmental business synergy in Fujian Province. And it is of great significance to improve service model and level.
