摘　　要：缩小收入差距,实现分配公正是当前我国分配领域面临的突出问题。解决这个问题既要强调第一次分配和第二次分配的基础地位,也要高度重视第三次分配的重要作用。第三次分配作为一种特殊的分配方式是前两次分配的有益补充,当前我国经济社会的发展也为第三次分配的实现创造了机遇。To narrow the income gap and achieve distributive justice is one of the prominent problems in the area of distribution in China. To solve this problem, it is necessary to emphasize the fundamental role of first and second allocation, and also the important role of the third allocation as well. As a special allocation form, the third allocation is a useful addition to the previous two. Opportunities have been created in the course of economic and social development to implement the third allocation.
