摘  要:目的结合纳米金刚石场发射显示器的特点,研究与纳米金刚石场发射显示器适配的集成化驱动电路。方法以集成数据驱动芯片HV632PG和HV5308为核心,搭建灰度调制和扫描显示电路;以半桥驱动芯片IR2235为核心,搭建前后级低高压隔离转换电路。结果集成驱动系统输出电压可达1 000V,灰度等级达256,能够实现简单图形和字符的动态显示,整体性能良好。结论集成化驱动系统线路简单、工作可靠,能满足小屏幕场发射显示器单色显示的任务,为金刚石场发射显示器的产品化打下一定的基础。Aim Combined with the characteristics of the cathode of nano-diamond coating field emission dispay, an integrated driving system was developed. Methods The grayscale modulation and scanning display circuit based on integrated data driver HV632PG and HV5308 was built, and the low-high voltage isolation and conversion circuit was formed by half-bridge driver IR2235. Results The test result revealed that the performance of the integrated driving system was fine. The output voltage was up to 1 000V and the grayscale level was 256. The designed integrated driving system could accomplish the dynamic display of simple graphics and characters. Conclusion The integrated driving system can meet the black and white display for the small screen, which was helpful to the applica- tion of nano-diamond field emission display.
