摘　　要：目的根据数字电路实验教学的需要,基于凌阳SPCE061A开发板,设计制作一个集成芯片检测仪。方法根据芯片的功能表、引脚排列及输入输出特性,用对比法编写检测程序,采用软、硬件结合,实现检测过程及功能。结果键盘操作、程序和继电器控制,系统能快速方便地判断整块芯片的好坏,并能查询芯片中损坏的详细位置,通过LED显示和语音播报提示检测结果。结论该系统扩展性很强,可作为未知型号芯片的检测,也可用作逻辑电平检测仪等,应用灵活而广泛。Aim To design an IC （Integrated Circuit） detector the need of the digital circuit experimental teaching. Methods based on SPCE061A of Sunplus Technology to meet The detection is achieved by writing program with comparative methods, software and hardware combination method, the arrangement of the pins and the input or output characteristics. Results determine the quality of the The system, operated by keyboard and controlled entire chip and locate the exact damage position by program, can quickly and easily of the chips, the detection result is presented by LED display and voice reporting. Conclusion The system which is scalable and flexible, can be used as the detection of unknown type chips; also as a logic level detector.
