摘　　要：为制订碘缺乏病（ＩＤＤ）防治措施，提高我省儿童智力水平提供科学依据，遂采用瑞文测验方法测定了我省８个地市城区５～１６岁儿童的智力水平。结果显示：我省城市城区儿童平均ＩＱ值为１０７．４４，属中等水平，呈轻度偏态分布，男性显著高于女性，各年龄组间ＩＱ值基本平衡。In order ro work out the measure for the prevention and cure of IDD and provide scientific basis for improving child IQ level in Hunan province, 5～16 years old child intelligence level was tested using Raven's test in the urban of Hunan province. The results showed that the mean of the children' IQ is 107.44, belonging to the middle level and slightly skew distribution. There was significant difference between male and female. The IQ kept equilibrium among different age groups, which was obviously better than the total country urban's norm.
