何首乌对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：本文研究了何首乌对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,何首乌能明显促进小鼠脾细胞对ConA和LPS的增殖反应,并且本身对脾细胞具有丝裂原作用。进一步研究表明,何首乌能明显增强小鼠特异抗体分泌细胞的功能,增强异型小鼠脾细胞诱导的迟发型超敏反应,并能促进细胞毒性T淋巴细胞对靶细胞的杀伤功能。In this report we studied the effect of PMT on immunological function of mice. The results indicated that PMT is able to enhance the proliferation responses of spleen cells to raitogen ConA and LPS and to induce the mitogenesis of the spleen cells.Furthermore, PMT is able to improve the functions of specific antibody forming cells against SRBC and DTH induced by allogeneic splenocytes and the killing activity of CTL.
