摘　　要：在民主宪政的背景下,经济法的基本理念为"社会公共利益本位、发展经济民主",当其运用于指导中国少数民族经济法的建设时,便可得出少数民族经济法的基本理念主要体现为"民族地方利益本位,国家保障经济发展"。Under the background of democratic constitutionalism, the basic idea of economy law is ＇ the development of economic democracy with the standard of social public interest＇. Its application on China＇ s construction of minority economic law reflects fundamental idea of minority economic law of ＇social development guaranteed by the state with the standard of local national interest＇.
