摘  要:采用API支撑剂实验装置,评价段塞颗粒对主压裂裂缝支撑剂短期导流能力的影响。实验结果表明:颗粒越小,混合支撑剂的导流能力越小;三级混合支撑剂的导流能力更低;混合方式与混合量决定了混合导流能力;混合支撑剂的导流能力必然降低。因此,应尽可能增大段塞颗粒直径,减小段塞用量,尽量避免三级支撑剂,以提高裂缝的整体导流能力。This paper analyzes the influence factors of slug grain on the short term flow conductivity of fracture proppant for main fracturing by using API experimental apparatus and according to experiment criteria. This experiment is on basis of using the Darcy's law to appraise the conductivity of proppant. The experiment results show that the smaller the slug grain is, the smaller the conductivity of mixed proppant is. The conductivity of third class mixed proppant is smaller than that of the second class. The mixed mode and quantity decides the conductivity of mixed proppant. The conductivity of mixed proppant must be reducing. Therefore, we should augment the particle diameter of slug as far as possible, diminish the slug dosage and avoid using the third class proppant in order to improve the whole conductivity of fracture.
