摘　　要：社会治安善治是社会治安治理内容、结构和模式创新,它把来自国家强制力的国家治安治理和来自社会资本的社会治安自治有机的统一起来,突破单一的统治性国家治安治理结构的局限,是符合世界治安治理发展趋势的战略性选择。它在我国实施的现实路径是国家治安治理吸纳社会治安自治,它的未来发展方向则在于使国家治安治理嵌入社会运行的逻辑。Good governance of social public order is a triangle innovation of the content, structure and model of social public order governance. It makes an organic unity both from the state government based on state coercive force and social autonomy. It breaks through the limit of single state government structure of public order. This is a strategic choice coincided with the world tendency of public order governance. The realistic path of its realization consists in state government of public absorbing in social autonomy of public order. The future orientation of its development is to embed state government of public order in the logic of the social motion.
