摘　　要：背俞穴子午流注推罐及点刺放血法是将背俞穴推罐、背俞穴子午流注开穴点剌放血结合起来的一种治疗方法,可散寒除湿、清热泻火、行气活血,临床运用效果甚佳,具体作用机制可从中西医两方面说明。Movable cupping and point pricking at the Back - Shu Points base on the Zi Wu Liu zhu Time Rule is the methods that integrate movable cupping at the Back - shu Points and point pricking at the Back - Shu Points base on the Zi Wu Liu zhu Tim Rule, Which can dispell cold and remove dampness, clear heat - fire, activating qi and promote blood circulation. It produce very good effect when it is applied. The mechanism of the methods can be explained by Tradtinal Chinese Medcine and Western Medcine.
