逍遥清胃汤配合抑酸剂治疗肝胃郁热型胃脘痛临床报道

摘　　要：目的:总结自拟方逍遥清胃汤配合抑酸剂治疗肝胃郁热型胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法:将78例肝胃郁热型胃脘痛患者随机分为两组,每组39人,对照组单纯使用泮托拉唑钠,治疗组使用注射用泮托拉唑钠并内服逍遥清胃汤,两组疗程均为2周,对比两组治疗后疗效。疗效:治疗组治愈10例,显效19例,好转5例,无效5例,总有效率87.18%,显效率74.36%。对照组治愈10例,显效12例,好转11例,无效6例,总有效率84.62%,显效率56.41%。两组有效率比较无明显差异(P>0.05),两组显效率比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥清胃汤配合抑酸剂可明显增强胃脘痛(肝胃郁热型)患者疗效。Objection： To study the clinical prazole Sodium for Injection given in chronic 78 cases of chronic gastralgia gastralgia effect of Xiaoyaoqingwei Decoction combined with Panto- of stagnation - heat in liver and stomach. Methods ： Total of stagnation - heat in hver and stomach we treated in recent years were randomly di- vided into the control group and the treatment group, each group was composed of 39 cases. The control group were treated with Pantoprazole Sodium for Injection and Xiaoyaoqingwei Decoction were combined with Pantoprazole Sodium for Injection given in the treatment group. The treatments were administered to two groups every day for two weeks. The clinical effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 87.13% and significant effective rate was 74. 36% in the treatment group, including 10 cases of recovery, 19 cases of significant efficacy, 5 cases of efficacy and 5 cases of inefficacy. The total effective rate was 84.62% and significant effective rate was 56.41% in the control group, including 10 cases of recovery, 12 cases of significant efficacy, 11 cases of efficacy and 6 cases of inefficacy. There was not the significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and a control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was the significant difference in the total significant effective rate between the treatment group and a control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The clini- cal effect of Xiaoyaoqingwei Tang combined with Pantoprazole Sodium for Injection given in chronic gastralgia of stagnation -heat in liver and stomach would be increased.
