百部止咳胶囊成型工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:确定百部止咳胶囊剂成型工艺条件。方法:以休止角、吸湿性、堆密度、临界相对湿度为考察指标,选择辅料,确定胶囊号及装药量。结果:0.5%的硬脂酸镁为辅料,选用0号胶囊,每粒装0.42 g,生产车间的相对湿度应控制在70%以下。结论:该研究结果为大生产提供了依据。Objective： To determine the molding technological condition of Baibuzhike capsule. Methods： Angle of repose, pile -density, critical relative humidity and hygroscopicity were used as inspecting indexes, choosing supplementary materials, determi- ning the size of capsule and charge quantity. Results： 0. 5% Magnesium Stearate as supplementary material, size 0 capsule, 0.42 g each capsule, the relative humidity of the workshop was below 70%. Conclusion： The research has been found to be an effective in the process of Baibuzhike capsule.
