摘　　要：烷基糖苷(APG)是一种新型非离子表面活性剂,它性能优越,适应了"绿色"和"环保"的要求,应用日益广泛。重点综述了目前烷基糖苷的合成方法以及物化性能,并简要介绍了烷基糖苷在不同行业的应用进展,展望了拓宽其应用领域的衍生化前景。Alkyl polyglycoside（APG） is a new type of non-ionic surfactant with excellent properties. Because it is referred to be ＂green＂ and ＂environmental protection＂, its application is getting more and more popular. The synthetic methods and physical and chemical properties of alkyl polyglycoside are mainly summarized in this paper, and its application in various industries is also described. Finally, the prospect of its derivative is briefly expected,which further expanded the scope of application.
