摘 要:极化显著影响压电陶瓷的应变量和电畴转向率,从而影响其压电性能。本文研究了0.98Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-0.02NaNbO3压电陶瓷的极化条件。研究表明极化电场为4kV/mm、极化温度为120℃、极化时间为20min时,其压电常数d33最大值为96 pc.N-1。Since polarization has remarkable effect on the strain capacity and 90° domain - rotation rate of the piezoelectric ceramics, thus affecting the performance of its piezoelectric, the poling technique of 0.98Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-0.02NaNbO3 piezoelectric ceramics was studied. The results shows that the piezoelectric properties of 0.98Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-0.02NaNbO3 piezoelectric ceramics has remarkable improved when the poling electric field was 4kV/mm,the poling temperature was 120℃ and the poling time was 25min.
