摘　　要：目的:探讨移动式直接数字化X线成像(移动DR)在大型体检胸部摄影的应用。方法:对移动DR胸部摄影共9020例的诊断及图像效果进行分析。结果:9020例,采集正位图像5000幅,其中照片500张,采集正侧位图像4020幅,其中照片220张。一次性采集图像9016,成功率约99.96%;照片720张片中甲级片706张,约占98.06%。结论:移动DR具有方便、快捷、可重复、操作简单、照片和图像质量优良、工作效率高等优点。移动DR能满足大型体检中胸部摄影,是一种方便又实用的大型体检胸部检查方法。Objective To discuss the value of applicatiation of mobile DR in Chest X -ray photograph of the medical examination. Method The data of 9 020 patients with chest DR examination were included in this study,check the quality of the images and do analysis. Results The data of 9 020 patients with chest DR examination included 5 000 orthotopic images, including 500 filmed images ,4 020 cases images with orthotopic and lateral position, including 220 films images. The percentage of successful first collection was 99.96%. 720 filmed pictures included 706 first rate pictures, which was occupying 98.06%. Conclusion in clinical application, the mobile DR has many virtues, such as convenient operation, high quality image, high efficiency, environmental protection, easy to read, to store and to transfer images et al. Mobile DR can satisfy the demands of the large scale chest X -ray photograph ,it becomes a convenient and practical chest health examination.
