多层螺旋CT在交通事故中孕妇腹部复合伤的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在交通事故中孕妇腹部复合伤的应用。方法:回顾性分析交通事故所至资料完整的孕妇腹部外伤10例。结果:单纯子宫破裂出血者3例,子宫破裂出血并腹部复合伤者2例,其中1例抢救无效死亡;外伤性流产、出血,无其他外伤者5例。结论:交通事故至孕妇流产后腹部外伤者以多层螺旋CT检查首选,但妇孕未流产者不宜行CT检查。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT in pregnant women＇s abdominal compound wound suffered in traffic accidents. Method Retrospective analysis of 10 cases who had complete data about pregnant women＇s abdominal compound wound suffered in traffic accidents. Results For 3 cases simple metrorrhexis ,2 cases metrorrhexis with combined injury in abdomine ,5 cases traumatic miscarriage and profluvium sanguinis, without other injury. Conclusion Examination by GE Light speed 16 CT is the first choice while pregnant women hurt their abdomen and miscarriage in traffic accidents, but the ones who do not miscarriage cannot examine by CT.
