腹膜后脓肿17例超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨B超对腹膜后脓肿的诊断价值。方法:本文总结了近10年来,经我院B超诊断的17例腹膜后脓肿的超声诊断表现,并进行分析。结果:本组误诊1例,超声诊断符合率为94.1%,腹膜后脓肿基本声像图特征为:位于腹膜后间隙的液性或混合性包块,呈圆形、椭圆形或梭形,内为无回声或混合回声,并见光点、片状回声及光斑。结论:B超检查对软组织脓肿比较敏感,也有助于与血肿、囊肿及肿瘤鉴别,并可作为临床疗效观察追踪。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of B ultra waves in the retroperitoneal abscess. Method This article summarized 17 examples of retroperitoneal abscess diagnosed by ultrasound performance in our hospital in the recent 10 years ,and the analysis was cartied on. Results One example was misdiagnosed, and the ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 94. 1%. The basic acoustic image characteristics of retroperitoneal abscess was ： fluid or mixing masseslocated in the retroperitoneal space, with the shapes of round, ellipse or fusi-form,echoless or mix echo in it, and light -spot,laminated echo and facula was seen. Conclusion The B ultra inspection is quite sensitive to the soft tissue abscess,also is helpful to identify with hematoma,cyst and tumor,and can trace the clinical curative effect.
