摘 要:采用两种絮凝剂(硫酸铝、聚合硫酸铝铁)以及絮凝剂和矿物粘土A的复配物处理模拟活性染料废水,考察了染液pH值、絮凝剂用量、粘土A热活化温度、絮凝剂与粘土A复配比例等因素对染液脱色率和COD去除率的影响.结果表明:矿物粘土A与絮凝剂复配物处理活性染料废水可有效地改善絮凝剂单独处理活性染料废水脱色率及COD去除率不高的情况(通过引入矿物粘土A,使活性染料模拟废水脱色率接近90%,COD去除率最高可达75%),且处理废水具有更好的沉降性能和更快的过滤速度,絮体更加密实.Two coagulants and mineral clay A were used to treat a simulated reactive dyeing effluent. The effects of pH value of the effluent, the quantity of coagulants, activation temperature of clay and the ratio of coagulant to clay on the color and COD removal were investigated. The results indicated that a synergistic effect was obtained for the decelorization of the simulated reactive dyeing effluent by using coagulant and mineral clay simultaneously, which effectively increased the color and COD removal compared with that of singly using coag- ulant by introduction of mineral clay A, the deceleration and COD reduction of the effluent can reach 90% and 75% (maximum) respectively]. And the treated wastewater had better settleability and faster filtering rate, the flocs was more dense.
