摘  要:采用无皂乳液聚合法合成聚丙烯酸酯涂料印花粘合剂.探讨了自制印花粘合剂的应用工艺,结果表明:粘合剂用量25%(对色浆质量)、交联剂3%(对色浆质量)、乳化糊30%(对色浆质量)、160℃焙烘3 min时,印花后织物耐摩擦、皂洗等牢度好,都达到了4级水平,而且解决了常规乳液聚合因加入乳化剂而造成的耐水、耐污性差及环境污染问题.Polyacrylate pigment printing binder was synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization. The application process of self-prepared binder for pigment printing was discussed. The results showed that the crocking and soaping fastness of printed fabric was good and both reached level 4 under the following condition: 25% of binder (on the weight of paste), 3% of crosslinker (on the weight of paste), 30% of emulsion thickener, cured at 160℃for 3 min. Meanwhile poor water-resistance and stain-resistance of conventional emulsion polymerization arising from the addition of emulsifier and environment pollution problems were also sovled.
