摘 要:针对当前煤矿安全监测监控系统在采掘作业面瓦斯监测中存在的瓦斯探头少、监测范围小、移动困难、无法及时跟进采掘作业工作面的情况,提出了一种基于矿灯应用于采掘作业区的无线瓦斯监测系统设计方案。研究了系统的结构及组网方式,在介绍无线瓦斯报警矿灯的基础上,详细设计了由无线中继站和无线分站组成的井下无线监测子网,包括其具体硬件结构、工作原理、无线通信过程及其关键技术。该系统充分利用了矿工的移动性工作特点,对预防瓦斯事故、确保煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。According to the problems of less gas probes, small monitoring areas, difficult to move and hard to go with the extracting coal face promptly that exist in the current coal mine safety monitoring system, this paper provides a wireless gas monitoring system based on lithium mining lamp which is used in extracting coal face. The system structure and its networking mode are studied. After the introduction of wireless gas alarm lamp, the underground wireless monitoring subnet composed of wireless relay stations and wireless gateway is designed in detail, including the specific hardware architecture, the working principle, the wireless communication process and its key technologies. The system takes full advantage ~['the mobiliO' operating feature of the miner and has important significance to prevent gas accidents. The application of this system will provide effective protective equipment for miners and further improve the gas monitoring capacity.
