摘　　要：企业具有类似于生物体的生命特征,企业研究与开发(R&D)系统同样应该具有生命体的自然属性和内在规律。文章利用进化生物学基本理论与方法研究企业R&D行为,提出从进化生物学视角研究企业层面R&D规律,为认识企业R&D能力生成与演化的微观机制提供了一个分析框架。Enterprise has characteristics similar to the life of organisms. Research and Development （R＆D）） system in a firm should also have a living body＇s natural attributes and internal principles. Using theories and methods of evolutional biology research firm R＆D behavior, the paper presents research from the perspective of evolutional biology researching R＆D rules, and provides a micro-mechanism analytical framework in order to understand generation and evolution of R＆D capacity.
