摘　　要：地区电压无功控制是一个复杂的控制优化问题。为了更好地解决这个问题,介绍了Q-TBC方式,提出了基于Q-TBC方式的新型电压无功控制系统的结构框架、控制策略及数据交换模式。The voltage reactive power control of regional power network is a complex and optimal control problem. In order to solve this problem, the article introduces the Q - TBC. The structural framework, control strategy and data exchange model of new voltage reactive power control system based on the Q - TBC are proposed.
