摘  要:采用半连续法制备苯丙乳液,通过改变乳化剂的种类和用量,比较了新型乳化剂烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚(ANPEO)、烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚单磷酸(ANPEO-P)和聚氧乙烯-4-酚基醚硫酸铵盐(CO436)对乳液性能的影响。结果表明,用乳化剂ANPEO制得的乳液冻融稳定性和聚合稳定性较好;而用ANPEO-P和CO436制得的乳液稀释稳定性较好;乳液的黏度随着乳化剂用量的增加而增大,且用ANPEO-P制得的乳液黏度相对较低;这3种乳化剂所制备的乳胶膜都具有良好的耐水性。This paper synthesized styrene acrylic emulsion by semi-continuous polymerization process. Using different type and amount of emulsifier, effects of emulsifier allyloxy nonylphenoxy polyoxyethylene (10) ether (ANPEO10), allyloxy nonylphenoxy polyoxyethylene (10) ether monophosphate (ANPEO10) and polyoxyethylene-4-phenyl ether ammonium sulfate (CO436) on properties of the styrene acrylic emulsion were investigated. The results indicated that the emulsion containing ANPEO10 emulsifier had the better freeze-thaw stability and polymerization stability; while the emulsion containing ANPEO10-P1 and CO436 emulsifiers had the better dilution stability. The viscosity increased with increasing of emulsifier amount; and the emulsion containing ANPEO10-P1 emulsifier had a relatively lower viscosity than that for ANPEO,, and CO436. All of these emulsion films containing these emulsifiers had good waterresistance.
