摘　　要：介绍了一种以工业控制计算机与I/O板卡为硬件平台,软件LabVIEW为开发环境的工业控制系统的解决方案,并将该控制系统与单片机、PLC等控制系统进行了比较分析。采用该控制方案实现了核电用燃料棒上端塞压力电阻焊机的自动控制,实践表明,系统运行可靠、稳定,符合实际工况要求。This paper presents an industrial control solution based on industrial control computer and I/O cards with LabVIEW as development environment. Besides,it compares the IPC control system with MCU and PLC control system. By this industrial control solution, we have achieved an automatic control for resistance-butt welding of top end plug used in nuclear power. The practice has proved that the system runs as reliably as stably,and conforms to the actual working condition.
