摘　　要：社区矫正可实现从犯罪人向社会人的转变。为适应我国政治、经济、社会及文化的发展要求,积极探索刑罚执行制度改革,在我国有必要实施社区矫正制度。Community correction can meet the requirement of the political,economical,social and cultural development. Bringing in this new system is also an active probe into the reforming of the execution of punishment in our country.
