摘　　要：官僚资本和官僚资产阶级是腐朽的集权官僚制在近现代存在的社会表现,虽然其以"开明"的面目接纳外来资本和工业技术,但目的却是维护集权官僚制,谋取个人及其家族的私利,并未考虑中华民族的命运和发展,阻抑了中国经济和社会发展。Bureaucrat capital and bureaucrat-capitalist class were the social expression of the decadent system of bureaucrat monopolization of power which existed in modern times. Bureaucrat capital admitted foreign capital and industrial technology with open mind. But it did so in order to protect the bureaucrat monopolization of power system and to seek private interests. It took no consideration of the destiny and development of our nation,and restrained the development of Chinese economy and society.
