摘  要:针对我国资源特点,本文提出不同于传统的石灰烧结法的强化石灰烧结法机理。采用铝硅比为3.84的矿石。按照钙铝比为1.2~1.6进行配矿,配料以生成铝酸一钙和钙铝黄长石为目的。在烧结温度1290℃和烧结时间90min条件下进行熟料烧成。实验结果表明,强化石灰烧蛄法烧结熟料的溶出性能较好,烧结熟料氧化铝溶出率达到了82.8%。物相分析表明,熟料主要物相为铝酸一钙和钙铝黄长石,赤泥中的主要物相为钙铝黄长石。Based on the Chinese bauxite character, the mechanism of intensified lime sintering process was studied different from traditional sintering process. In the charge, the mass ratio of alumina to silica is 3.84, calcium alumina ratio 1.2- 1.6(in order to formation 2CaO·Al2O3·SiO2 and CaO·Al2O3 ), and then the charge is sintered at 1290℃ for 90min. It is convenient for tinter to be leached, and the digestion rate is 82.8 % . The grog and red mud were characterized by powder X - ray diffraction. The results showed that 2CaO·A12O3·SiO2 and CaO- Al2O3 were the main phase for grog, 2CaO·Al2O3· SiO2was the main phase for red mud.
