摘  要:电解生产铝的过程中产生大量铝灰、铝渣,作废渣弃去,既污染环境又造成铝资源浪费。本文介绍了一条回收铝灰中的铝制备氧化铝粉体的新工艺。用硫酸浸取铝灰,使之转化为硫酸铝溶液,铝浸出率达95%以上;硫酸铝与碳酸氢铵反应生成前驱体碳酸铝铵沉淀和硫酸铵溶液,过滤、洗涤、煅烧碳酸铝铵得氧化铝粉体,所得产品经过XRD和SEM等方法检测为60nm的α-Al2O3。过程无废气、污水、新的废渣排放。A large amount of aluminium ash is generated in the process of aluminium' s production by electrolysis. The ash will pollute the environment and turn to useless resource if we abandon it as waste residue. A new technique of manufacturing powder of alumina by aluminium ash is introduced in this article which we could get the solution of aluminium sulfate by sulfuric acid and aluminium ash. Ammonium aluminum carbonate hydroxide(AACH) and the solution of ammonium sulfate were produced by the way of reaction with the material of aluminium sulfate and ammonium bicarbonate. The aluminium oxide is received by filtration, lavation and calcinations from AACH. The production is testified to a- Al203with the diameter is 60nm by the way of XRD,SEM and so on. It was with no exhaust gas,no sullage,no second waste residue.
