摘　　要：目的:探讨树状图流程化管理在手术室新护士能力培训中的应用及效果。方法:根据树状图为指导、流程图为核心的理念,结合不同年资护士的具体情况,制定培训计划,并组织落实。结果:通过培训,手术室新护士的综合素质显著提高。结论:重视手术室新护士能力的培养,有助于提高护理人员的社会适应能力和专业素质,增强手术室护理队伍建设。Objective： To discuss the application and effect about process of tree management in the operating room nurse training.Methods： According to the guide,flow chart of the concept at the core, combined with years of service of nurses in different specific circumstances, designated training program and organize the implementation. Results： Through training, the new operating room nurses significantly improved. Conclusion： Pay attention to the operating room nurses ability training, to adapt to the social and professional quality of the building to enhance the operating room nursing.
