摘　　要：目的探讨经头皮冠状切口入路治疗复杂颌面部骨折的手术配合。方法对48例应用经头皮冠状切口入路行面部复杂骨折坚固内固定病人的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果48例中10例术后出现脑脊液漏,7例出现神经损伤症状,5例头发部分脱落。X线片显示骨折处对位良好。结论经头皮冠状切口入路治疗复杂颌面部骨折减少了颌面部的切口,利于美观,但创伤增大。良好的护理配合是减少并发症的保证。Objective To assess trans-scalp coronal incision for complicated maxillofacial fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis was made in 48 patients received firm fixation for complicated maxillofacial fractures through coronal incision approach.Results Leakage of CSF was recorded in ten cases（10）,nerve injury（7）,and partial alopecie（5）.All fractures showed good contraposition on X-ray.Conclusion This coronal incision approach for complicated facial fractures is of less incision and beautiful outlook,but with increasing of wound and complications.Perfect operation coordination is necessary to reduce complications.
