东北梅花鹿不同部位骨粉中无机元素的比较分析

摘　　要：本文分别对东北梅花鹿股骨粉、髋骨粉和髌骨粉进行了无机元素的测定分析。结果表明：3种梅花鹿骨粉中Ca、P、Mg含量相对较高，尤其是Ca、P含量，同时富含微量元素Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn。分析测得的无机元素在上述3种不同部位的骨粉样品中多数差异显著，可以作为评定东北梅花鹿骨粉的内在质量依据。In this paper, inorganic elements of femoris, coxae and patella powder in northeast sika deer were analyzed. The results showed that contents of Ca, P, Mg of three bone powder were relatively higher, especially Ca and E Three kinds bone powder are rich in the trace elements such as Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn.The contents of these inorganic element of bone powder were significantly different in three different parts of northeast sika deer. The results above can be used to appraise the quality of northeast sika deer bone powder.
